We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process under the following conditions:

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and certificates.

• Customized or engraved jewellery cannot be returned.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of delivery for equal or higher value items.

• Price differences (if any) must be settled during exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after quality check.

Damaged / Wrong Product

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof (images/videos).

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
